Journey through the Arcana: a yoga & tarot series

Join me for a five-class movement, meditation, and study of the tarot and its links to the yoga practice. This series will help to bring clarity to the tarot deck, and give you a structure to develop your own intuitive practice.

Curiosity, self-reflection and inner guidance threads through both yoga and the tarot deck. This series is for students who want to create or deepen their tarot practice, and unlock its rich and life-changing symbolism. By linking this with the yoga practice, you’ll learn how these energies play out in the body and through daily life.

Each class will focus on one of the suits—wands, cups, swords, pentacles and the major arcana—to help you forge a lasting connection to the deck. Learn how to read for yourself, both with and without the assistance of guidebooks, and develop a journal of your own notes. Expect tarot resources, small gifts and surprises throughout the series.

Classes will be a blend of yoga asana, discussion and meditation. This series is for students who have some experience in yoga, and can use this as a basis for exploration. No prior tarot experience is needed, but a tarot deck is required for this class. Bring your deck with a journal, pen, mat and water to class.
